What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, if a franchisee fails to maintain the quality or service standards established by Amerispec Inspection Services, the company has the right to assign personnel to provide additional training to the franchisee. This training is above and beyond the ordinary training and support provided to most franchisees and is intended to ensure that the required standards are maintained.

The franchisee is responsible for covering all actual costs incurred by Amerispec Inspection Services for the assigned personnel. These costs include wages, travel expenses, and living expenses.
