What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amerispec Inspection Services's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the software system franchisees are required to use includes inspection software. Specifically, the required software system includes business contact management software and inspection software.
The AmeriSpec Inspection Software (AIS) is designed to allow home inspectors to collect data during inspections and generate home inspection reports. Amerispec Inspection Services will provide Level 1 support for the AIS software and assist vendors with major bug fixes.
Franchisees must ensure their computer systems are compatible with Amerispec Inspection Services's systems, have a high-speed internet connection, and remain updated according to the Operations Manual. Franchisees may also be required to electronically upload or transmit information periodically, and Amerispec Inspection Services has the right to access sales and other data produced by the computer system.
