What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amerispec Inspection Services's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit local advertising materials for approval. Specifically, before starting any local advertising campaigns or promotional programs, franchisees must submit all advertising and promotional materials to Amerispec Inspection Services for approval. This includes internal advertising efforts such as websites and email content, which Amerispec Inspection Services has the right to review and approve.
Amerispec Inspection Services may also provide franchisees with standards that internet advertising efforts must meet. This ensures that all local advertising aligns with the brand's overall image and standards.
This requirement allows Amerispec Inspection Services to maintain control over its brand and ensure consistent messaging across all franchise locations. For a prospective franchisee, this means they will need to factor in time for advertising review and approval when planning local marketing activities. Failing to obtain approval could result in a violation of the franchise agreement.
