What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amerispec Inspection Services's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a qualified lead is referred to an existing franchise owner. If that lead purchases all or a portion of the franchise owner's interest within 18 months of the referral, the franchise owner pays Amerispec Inspection Services a Lead Fee of $5,000.
Amerispec Inspection Services defines a qualified lead as someone who has passed their screening process, national background check, credit check, and at a minimum, a phone interview. Amerispec Inspection Services does not guarantee that they will locate leads for the franchisee.
This fee is not a Transfer Fee, but rather covers advertising and marketing costs, as well as the administrative costs of information sharing and gathering. This means that the franchisee is paying for the lead generation efforts of Amerispec Inspection Services, and the fee is triggered only if the lead results in a purchase of the franchise owner's interest.
