What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amerispec Inspection Services' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use a specific software system as part of the System of Operation. This system includes business contact management software and inspection software, along with any other existing or future communication or data storage systems, hardware components, and associated services selected by Amerispec Inspection Services.
The purpose of this Computer System is to ensure compatibility with Amerispec Inspection Services' own systems, maintain a high-speed internet connection meeting their minimum requirements, and adhere to their specifications outlined in the Operations Manual. Franchisees may be required to electronically upload or transmit information periodically, potentially even daily, and Amerispec Inspection Services retains the right to independently access sales information and other data produced by the Computer System.
Amerispec Inspection Services also utilizes the AMS (AmeriSpec Management System), an online business management tool, to provide franchisees with access to necessary information and automated processes in one centralized location. The AMS further enables Amerispec Inspection Services to market, schedule, and communicate with the franchisee's customers, streamlining operations and enhancing customer engagement.
