In addition, the Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that the COVID-19 outbreak and any preventative or protective actions that federal, state, and local governments may take in response to this pandemic may result in a period of business disruption, reduced customer demand, and reduced operations for the Franchised Business, and that the extent to which the COVID-19 outbreak impacts the Franchised Business will depend on future developments which are highly uncertain and which the Company cannot predict.
