- 9.2 Obligation to High Quality Service.
The Franchisee shall utilize its best efforts, skill, and diligence to ensure that the Franchisee and the Franchisee's employees establish and maintain high quality service to customers.
At all times, the Franchisee shall conduct its business in a manner that will preserve and enhance the goodwill associated with the Names and Marks.
The Franchisee will at all times be held responsible for the day-to-day management of the Franchised Business.

Amerispec Inspection Services requires franchisees to comply with requirements to measure customer satisfaction and participate in programs designed to review and improve the operation of the franchised business, including customer surveys. If a franchisee fails to maintain the quality or service standards set by Amerispec Inspection Services, the company has the right to assign personnel to provide additional training to the franchisee to ensure these standards are met. The franchisee is responsible for covering all associated costs, including wages, travel, and living expenses, for the assigned personnel.
All inspections conducted by the Amerispec Inspection Services franchised business must be documented on forms and in the manner prescribed by the company. Franchisees must notify Amerispec Inspection Services of each inspection and its revenue source, providing the specified information. All inspections must be performed by qualified inspectors who meet the standards set by Amerispec Inspection Services or as required by local, state, or federal law. Inspectors must be certified under any certification program established or endorsed by Amerispec Inspection Services or meet other standards prescribed by the company. In the absence of a company-endorsed program, inspectors must complete the company's training program or meet the company's standards.
