Amerispec_Inspection_Services Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Although we do not have an advertising council, we have a National Franchise Council consisting of members from various regions of the country. The members are nominated and elected by their peers and are consulted regarding new ideas for use of the Ad Fund, as well as departures from any existing programs. We may add or remove members and dissolve this council at any time, and we retain control over all decisions related to the Ad Fund.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, while there isn't a dedicated advertising council, the company consults with a National Franchise Council regarding the Ad Fund. This council consists of franchisees from various regions, nominated and elected by their peers.
Amerispec Inspection Services seeks input from this council on new ideas for the Ad Fund and any changes to existing programs. However, the FDD clearly states that Amerispec Inspection Services retains full control over all decisions related to the Ad Fund. This means that while the council's input is considered, the final decisions on advertising methods, media selection, and campaign terms rest solely with Amerispec Inspection Services.
For a prospective franchisee, this indicates that you may have an opportunity to influence advertising strategies through participation in the National Franchise Council. However, it's important to recognize that Amerispec Inspection Services is not obligated to follow the council's recommendations. Franchisees should inquire about the process for nominating and electing council members to understand how they can potentially participate and voice their opinions on advertising matters.
