What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, franchisees must notify the company of each inspection and source of revenue. This information must be provided in the manner specified by Amerispec Inspection Services.

Amerispec Inspection Services requires franchisees to use a specific computer system, which includes business contact management software and inspection software. Franchisees may be required to electronically upload or transmit information periodically, potentially even daily. Amerispec Inspection Services also retains the right to independently access sales information and other data produced by the computer system.

The AmeriSpec Management System (AMS) is an online business management tool that franchisees must use, requiring them to sign a license agreement. This system centralizes needed information and automates processes. The AMS also enables Amerispec Inspection Services to market, schedule, and communicate with the franchisee's customers. These systems ensure that Amerispec Inspection Services has access to the necessary financial and sales data from its franchisees.
