What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, AmeriSpec Inspection Services will provide a maximum of two email accounts per franchise at no cost. These email accounts are intended to facilitate communication between franchisees, third parties, and AmeriSpec Inspection Services for scheduling inspections and other purposes. If the AmeriSpec Inspection Services franchise is owned by more than one individual, or if the franchise is owned by a corporation or legal business entity with more than one personal guarantor, AmeriSpec Inspection Services will still only provide up to two separate email accounts.

Franchisees can create additional email accounts, but they will be billed at the then-current charge for each additional account. AmeriSpec Inspection Services retains ownership of the email accounts and addresses. While AmeriSpec Inspection Services reserves the right to charge a license fee for the initial two email accounts in the future, they must provide at least 30 days' notice before doing so.

The email address format will be the franchisee's first initial followed by their last name @AmeriSpec.net. Franchisees are responsible for all costs associated with using or accessing the email accounts. AmeriSpec Inspection Services also has the right to implement anti-spam and anti-virus solutions on the email accounts and is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from these measures or from issues with the third-party email hosting provider they use.
