According to the 2025 AmeriSpec Inspection Services FDD, each franchise is provided with up to two email accounts at no cost. If the franchise is owned by multiple individuals or by a legal entity with more than one personal guarantor, AmeriSpec Inspection Services will still only provide a maximum of two free email accounts.
