n or seminar for all AmeriSpec franchisees. Franchisee shall pay the Company a convention fee whether or not Franchisee attends the convention held by the Company.

  • 8.7 Additional Programs. The Company may, from time to time, provide additional programs and services to the Franchisee. Unless otherwise approved by the Company, the Franchisee is required to participate in all such additional programs in accordance with procedures established from time to time by the Company.
  • 8.8 Use of Agents. The Company may, from time to time, utilize agents and/or third parties to meet its obligations under this Agreement.

9. OPERATION OF THE FRANCHISED BUSINESS

  • 9.1 Failure to Provide Pre-Open Services. If the Franchisee believes the Company has failed to adequately provide pre-opening services to the Franchisee in regard to the initial training, selection and purchase of equipment and supplies, or any other matter affecting the establishment of the Franchised Business, the Franchisee shall notify the Company in writing within 30 days following the start of the Franchised Business.

According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, the company may offer additional programs and services to franchisees from time to time. Unless the company approves otherwise, franchisees are required to participate in all additional programs according to the procedures Amerispec Inspection Services establishes.

Amerispec Inspection Services also has the right to periodically conduct a convention or seminar for all franchisees, which the franchisee or an approved representative must attend. Franchisees must pay a convention fee, regardless of whether they attend.

Additionally, if Amerispec Inspection Services determines that a franchisee is failing to maintain the company's standards of quality or service, the company has the right to assign personnel to provide additional training to the franchisee. This training is above and beyond the ordinary training and support provided to most franchisees. The franchisee is responsible for paying all of the company's actual costs for the assigned personnel, including wages, travel, and living expenses.
