The Franchisee shall keep manuals up to date by inserting any such additions or modifications, such as those received via mail, e-mail or posted on the Company's intranet site.
- 8.6 Convention.
The Company has the right to periodically conduct, and Franchisee (or an approved representative) shall attend, a convention or seminar for all AmeriSpec franchisees.
Franchisee shall pay the Company a convention fee whether or not Franchisee attends the convention held by the Company.
- 8.7 Additional Programs.
The Company may, from time to time, provide additional programs and services to the Franchisee.
Unless otherwise approved by the Company, the Franchisee is required to participate in all such additional programs in accordance with procedures established from time to time by the Company.

According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, the company has the right to periodically conduct a convention or seminar for all franchisees. If Amerispec Inspection Services holds a convention, the franchisee, or an approved representative, must attend.
Whether or not the franchisee attends the convention, they are required to pay the company a convention fee. This means that franchisees will incur costs associated with the convention, regardless of their participation.
Amerispec Inspection Services also has the right to provide additional programs and services to the franchisee. Unless the company approves otherwise, the franchisee must participate in all additional programs according to the procedures established by Amerispec Inspection Services.
