What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amerispec Inspection Services's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, local advertising refers to advertising campaigns and promotional programs that a franchisee conducts at their own expense to promote their specific franchise business.
Before implementing any local advertising, an Amerispec Inspection Services franchisee must submit all advertising and promotional materials to the company for approval. This includes internal advertising efforts such as websites and email. Amerispec Inspection Services may provide franchisees with standards to which their internet advertising efforts must conform.
This requirement allows Amerispec Inspection Services to maintain brand consistency and ensure that all advertising aligns with their overall marketing strategy. It also protects the brand's reputation by ensuring that franchisees do not use any misleading or inappropriate advertising. Franchisees should factor in the time required for approval when planning their local advertising campaigns.
