1. INTRODUCTION
The Company has acquired experience in the development, opening, operation, and promotion of businesses that provide a variety of single family and multifamily commercial building inspection services. The Company has developed a marketing plan for the marketing of these and other services under the trade name and service mark "AmeriSpec" and other "Names and Marks" (as defined herein) and desires to grant to qualified persons franchises to use its concepts, programs, and methods of marketing in the operation of an inspection business utilizing exclusively the Names and Marks selected, used, and promoted by the Company.
