What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Amerispec Inspection Services's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any interest earned by the Advertising Fund will be used to cover expenses related to promoting the AmeriSpec Inspection Services brand. These expenses must be paid before any of the principal in the fund is used.
These expenses include the costs associated with media advertising, public relations campaigns, promotional programs, and social media management. The funds may also be used to reimburse franchisees for the cost of purchasing promotional materials, and to cover the administrative costs of the Advertising Fund, such as accounting expenses and employee salaries related to fund administration.
The methods of advertising, media selection, advertising locations, and the content of advertising campaigns and promotional programs are determined solely by Amerispec Inspection Services. While the advertising aims to increase public awareness of the AmeriSpec Inspection Services franchise system, there is no guarantee that individual franchisees will directly benefit from advertising in their specific local market.
