Existing Franchisees. Our offering for existing franchisees wishing to purchase additional Franchised Businesses may differ slightly due to certain considerations for franchisee's experience with our system (i.e. reduction in required training, computer hardware or software requirements, and a discount of the Initial Franchise Fee as disclosed in Item 5). What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, existing franchisees looking to expand their business by purchasing additional franchises may encounter slightly different requirements due to their prior experience with the Amerispec Inspection Services system.
Specifically, the FDD indicates that Amerispec Inspection Services may offer a reduction in required training for these franchisees. Additionally, there might be adjustments to computer hardware or software requirements, potentially streamlining the setup process for the new franchise. Furthermore, the initial franchise fee may be discounted for existing franchisees, providing a financial incentive for expansion.
It is important to note that existing franchisees purchasing additional Amerispec Inspection Services franchises must sign the then-current Franchise Agreement. This implies that the terms and conditions of the new franchise agreement could differ from the original agreement, and franchisees should carefully review the updated document to understand any changes or new obligations.
