chisee must ensure that they are properly trained to perform any service offered under the Names and Marks and that the performance of any such service is approved by the Company in writing. Unless Franchisee is already an AmeriSpec franchise owner, the Company provides the 2 weeks of initial Academy training for Franchisee or Franchisee's approved manager. Existing franchisees purchasing additional franchises will not receive the two weeks of Academy training.
