The name for the address of the e-mail account (e-mail address) shall be as follows: (Franchisee's first initial) (Franchisee's last name)@AmeriSpec.net.
For example: RSkinner@AmeriSpec.net.
In the event a particular e-mail address is not available (for example, an existing franchisee has the same last name and first initial), then an alternative e-mail address will be provided.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, AmeriSpec Inspection Services specifies the format for franchisee email addresses. The standard format is (Franchisee's first initial)(Franchisee's last name)@AmeriSpec.net; for example, RSkinner@AmeriSpec.net. AmeriSpec Inspection Services will provide up to two email accounts per franchise at no cost.
However, the FDD anticipates situations where the preferred email address is already in use, such as when another franchisee has the same last name and first initial. In such cases, AmeriSpec Inspection Services will provide an alternative email address to the new franchisee.
This ensures that each franchisee has a unique email address for communication and scheduling purposes. While the franchisee does not get their first choice of email address in these instances, AmeriSpec Inspection Services guarantees an alternative to facilitate business operations.
