Does Amerispec Inspection Services grant exclusive territories to its franchisees?

Failure to meet these criteria can result in the reduction or elimination of the territory's protected rights. The franchisee can market to and solicit customers only within their Territory and can perform services outside of their territory only if the customer initiates the request.
