What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, franchisees must adopt and adhere to the company's merchandising, promotion, and advertising policies. Amerispec Inspection Services retains the right to modify or change these policies, procedures, and directives, including altering or adding to the services offered by the franchised business. This means franchisees must stay informed of any changes to these policies and implement them in their business operations.
Amerispec Inspection Services franchisees can conduct local advertising campaigns and promotional programs to promote their specific franchise. However, all advertising and promotional materials must be submitted to the company for approval before use. The company also has the right to review and approve internal advertising efforts, such as websites and email content, and may provide standards for internet advertising.
This requirement ensures brand consistency and quality control across all Amerispec Inspection Services franchises. While franchisees have some autonomy in local advertising, they must align their efforts with the company's overall marketing strategy and standards. Franchisees need to factor in the time and potential costs associated with submitting materials for approval and making any required changes to comply with the company's policies.
