What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the document does not contain information regarding employee benefits offered by Amerispec Inspection Services franchisees. The FDD does outline the franchisee's responsibilities in managing their business, including staffing and compliance with rules and regulations.
Specifically, the FDD states that the franchisee is responsible for the day-to-day management of the franchised business. It also mentions that Amerispec Inspection Services does not control decisions regarding who the franchisee hires, disciplines, or terminates as employees or agents. However, Amerispec Inspection Services may require franchisees to perform background checks and drug testing as allowed by law.
Since the FDD does not provide details on employee benefits, prospective franchisees should directly ask Amerispec Inspection Services about any recommended or required benefits packages, or typical benefits offered by existing franchisees.
