Where can I find a description of the current Affiliated Programs that offer franchises for Amerispec Inspection Services?

According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services Franchise Disclosure Document, a description of the current Affiliated Programs that offer franchises can be found in Item 1. Item 1 includes the affiliated programs' principal business addresses, the goods and services they sell, whether the businesses are franchised and/or company-owned, and their trademarks.

Amerispec Inspection Services states that while neither they nor their affiliates are restricted from operating a franchise or company-owned outlet for inspection services under any other trade name or trademark other than what has already been discussed in the Disclosure Document, except as described in Item 1, they do not operate or franchise, or currently plan to operate or franchise, any business under a different trademark that sells or will sell goods or services similar to those that their franchisees sell. However, affiliates may operate and/or franchise businesses that sell similar goods or services to those that Amerispec Inspection Services franchisees sell.

Amerispec Inspection Services notes that most of the Affiliated Programs are not direct competitors of their franchise network given the products or services they sell, although some are, as described in Item 1. All of the businesses that their affiliates and their franchisees operate may solicit and accept orders from customers near a franchisee's business, including within the franchisee's Territory. Because they are separate companies, Amerispec Inspection Services does not expect any conflicts between their franchisees and their affiliates' franchisees regarding territory, customers and support, and they have no obligation to resolve any perceived conflicts that might arise.
