Does the Amerispec Inspection Services FDD include a table summarizing the initial training?

According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, there is a table summarizing the initial training program. The table outlines the subjects covered, the hours of classroom training, the hours of on-the-job training, and the location of the training.

The initial training includes both the AmeriSpec Pre-Academy and the AmeriSpec Academy. The Pre-Academy involves approximately 40 hours of self-study using a study guide and workbook, to be completed at home prior to attending the Academy. The AmeriSpec Academy includes management training covering risk management (3 hours), marketing (5 hours), administration/operations (10 hours), financial management (4 hours), sales/management (4 hours), and computer training (10 hours). The technical training portion covers various inspection areas such as roofing, electrical systems, structure, heating systems, AC/heat pumps, exterior, plumbing, appliances, fireplaces/chimneys, interiors, insulation/ventilation, contracts and industry standards, and report writing.

The technical training also includes in-field practice inspections (2 classroom hours and 6 on-the-job hours) and a final test and graduation (1.5 hours). Post-Academy training involves additional in-field practice inspections and inspection reports (3 classroom hours and 15 on-the-job hours). The total training time is 91.5 hours (131.5 hours including self-study) of classroom training and 30 hours of on-the-job training. All classroom training for the Academy takes place at the Franchisor Training Center in Memphis, TN, while on-the-job training occurs within the franchisee's territory.
