According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, the parties that must execute the license agreement for it to be effective are TCB AMERISPEC, LLC, and the franchisee. TCB AMERISPEC, LLC, is identified as a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in Cordova, Tennessee. The franchisee is identified as an Amerispec Inspection Services franchisee doing business as "AmeriSpec Inspection Service".
This agreement grants the franchisee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AmeriSpec Management System for their franchised business. The franchisee is restricted from allowing third parties to use the software, processing data of other parties, selling or transferring the software, copying the software, or altering/reverse engineering the software. AmeriSpec Inspection Services will provide access to the software upon the execution of this agreement.
Amerispec Inspection Services will provide help desk support during specific hours and will provide bug fixes as necessary. The franchisee is required to comply with Amerispec Inspection Services' specifications regarding computer hardware and software. The franchisee will pay an initial license fee of $300, which will be pro-rated for the first year, and an annual renewal fee of $300 due on June 1st of each year. Amerispec Inspection Services reserves the right to increase the renewal fee to reflect increased costs.
