How will the email address be formatted for an AmeriSpec Inspection Services franchisee?

According to the 2025 AmeriSpec Inspection Services FDD, the standard format for a franchisee's email address is (Franchisee's first initial)(Franchisee's last name)@AmeriSpec.net. For example, if the franchisee's name is Robert Skinner, their email address would be RSkinner@AmeriSpec.net.

AmeriSpec Inspection Services will provide up to two email accounts per franchise at no cost. This applies if the franchise is owned by more than one individual or by a legal business entity with more than one personal guarantor. Additional email accounts can be created, but the franchisee will be billed the current charge for each additional account.

However, the FDD notes that if a particular email address is unavailable (e.g., due to another franchisee having the same last name and first initial), an alternative email address will be provided. AmeriSpec Inspection Services retains ownership of the email account and address. Access to the email account is exclusively for the franchisee, who is prohibited from sharing it without prior written approval from AmeriSpec Inspection Services.

AmeriSpec Inspection Services reserves the right to charge a license fee for the email accounts in the future, providing at least 30 days' notice beforehand. The franchisee is responsible for all costs associated with using or accessing the email account and must use the email account only for lawful purposes. The agreement regarding the email account can be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice or immediately by AmeriSpec Inspection Services for good cause, such as violating the guidelines or failing to comply with the Franchise Agreement.
