A qualified lead is defined as someone who has passed our screening process, our national background check, credit check, and at a minimum a phone interview of the prospect. We are not responsible for locating leads and do not represent that we will do so. The Lead Fee also covers our advertising and marketing costs and administrative costs of such information sharing and gathering. The Lead Fee is not a Transfer Fee.

According to Amerispec Inspection Services' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a qualified lead is defined as someone who has successfully completed Amerispec Inspection Services' screening process. This process includes a national background check, a credit check, and at least a phone interview.

It is important to note that Amerispec Inspection Services is not responsible for finding leads for franchisees and makes no guarantees that they will do so.
