What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Amerispec Inspection Services FDD, Local Advertising refers to advertising campaigns and promotional programs that a franchisee conducts at their own expense. These campaigns and programs are specifically designed to promote the franchisee's individual franchised business.

Amerispec Inspection Services requires franchisees to submit all advertising and promotional materials for approval before they are used in any local advertising campaigns. This includes internal advertising efforts such as websites and email marketing. Amerispec Inspection Services retains the right to review and approve these materials, and may provide standards that internet advertising efforts must conform to.

This requirement allows Amerispec Inspection Services to maintain brand consistency and ensure that all advertising aligns with their overall marketing strategy. While franchisees are responsible for the cost of local advertising, they must adhere to the franchisor's guidelines and obtain approval for their materials. This ensures that the brand image is protected and that all marketing efforts are in line with the company's standards.
