What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to AmeriSpec Inspection Services' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, AmeriSpec Inspection Services reserves the right to charge a license fee for the email accounts in the future. Currently, AmeriSpec Inspection Services provides up to two email accounts per franchise at no cost to the franchisee. However, this policy can change.

If AmeriSpec Inspection Services decides to implement a license fee, they are required to provide franchisees with at least 30 days' notice before the fee is implemented. This advance notice allows franchisees time to adjust their budgets and business plans accordingly.

While AmeriSpec Inspection Services retains ownership of the email accounts and addresses, franchisees are responsible for any costs they incur while using or accessing the email accounts. This could include internet access fees or other related expenses. Additionally, AmeriSpec Inspection Services may apply anti-spam and anti-virus solutions to the email accounts and is not liable for any loss of emails or damages to the franchisee's computer as a result of these measures.
