Does Amerispec Inspection Services have an advertising council?

Amerispec_Inspection_Services Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Although we do not have an advertising council, we have a National Franchise Council consisting of members from various regions of the country. The members are nominated and elected by their peers and are consulted regarding new ideas for use of the Ad Fund, as well as departures from any existing programs. We may add or remove members and dissolve this council at any time, and we retain control over all decisions related to the Ad Fund.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Amerispec Inspection Services's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, while they do not have an advertising council, they do maintain a National Franchise Council. This council consists of members from various regions who are nominated and elected by their peers. Amerispec Inspection Services consults with this council regarding new ideas for the use of the Ad Fund, as well as any changes to existing programs.

However, Amerispec Inspection Services retains the right to add or remove members from this council, or even dissolve it entirely, at any time. Ultimately, Amerispec Inspection Services maintains full control over all decisions related to the Ad Fund.

This means that while franchisees have a voice through the National Franchise Council, Amerispec Inspection Services has the final say in how advertising funds are spent. Prospective franchisees should be aware that participation in this council does not guarantee influence over advertising strategies or fund allocation.
