What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Americas Best Value Inn Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement rider is signed concurrently with the franchise agreement. Specifically, the rider is signed under the following circumstances:
- If the franchisee is domiciled in Maryland.
- If the Americas Best Value Inn hotel that the franchisee will operate under the franchise agreement will be located in Maryland.
It is important to note that there is a separate rider that is signed if the Americas Best Value Inn hotel will be established or maintained in Virginia.
