(b) Your Use of the Marks. You may use the Marks only in accordance with the Brand Standards and as permitted by this Agreement and the attached Schedule 11.
(c) Confidential Information.
(i) To protect our reputation and goodwill, you will conduct your Hotel in accordance with the Brand Standards, including those contained in the Brand Manual and other writings provided by us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Americas Best Value Inn FDD, franchisees must adhere to Brand Standards outlined in several documents. The Brand Standards are found in the Franchise Agreement, Schedule 11 attached to the agreement, the Brand Manual, and other writings provided by Americas Best Value Inn.
The Brand Manual, which may be delivered electronically, contains the Brand Standards, suggested procedures, and franchisee obligations. Americas Best Value Inn may modify the Brand Manual periodically.
Franchisees are obligated to operate their hotels according to the Brand Standards to protect the reputation and goodwill of Americas Best Value Inn. Franchisees must also comply with Brand Standards when de-identifying a hotel after the termination or expiration of the franchise agreement.
