What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, training is typically held during the second week of each calendar month. However, Alloy may adjust the training schedule based on the individual needs or experience of any trainee. This means that while the second week is the standard time, franchisees should be prepared for potential variations in scheduling.
Prior to attending the in-person training week at Alloy's Headquarters (HQ), all Franchise Owners and designated attendees are required to complete a pre-training program through Alloy's Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS curriculum covers essential topics such as operational basics, brand standards, and key technologies. Completion of all modules is mandatory and must be accomplished prior to the start of training week. Failure to complete the LMS curriculum may impact a franchisee's ability to fully participate in the HQ training.
Live in-person training is held at Alloy Headquarters in Roswell, GA. Virtual training and tech setup are overseen by Chamberlynn Campuzano. Alloy may use its affiliate's employees to assist in providing certain portions of the training program, all of whom will have at least 2 years of experience with Alloy's affiliate or in the industry.
In addition to the initial training program, Alloy will provide an Alloy representative to conduct virtual opening assistance and training. If a franchisee requests on-site, in-person assistance, they must pay a per diem fee for Alloy's representative and all travel and out-of-pocket expenses the representative incurs. Alloy also expects to provide refresher training programs at least annually, and attendance may be mandatory for the Operating Partner, General Manager, and/or other personnel. Franchisees must pay all expenses their trainees incur while attending refresher training, including travel, lodging, meals, and wages.
