What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, prior to attending live training, franchisees must participate in a series of mandatory virtual training meetings. These meetings focus on the technical setup required for Mindbody, Alloy Ops, and social media.
In addition to the virtual meetings, Alloy requires franchisees and their designated attendees to complete a pre-training program through their Learning Management System (LMS) before attending the in-person training week at Alloy Headquarters. The LMS curriculum covers essential topics such as operational basics, brand standards, and key technologies.
Completion of all LMS modules is mandatory before the start of the training week. Failure to complete the LMS curriculum may affect the franchisee's ability to fully participate in the HQ training. This pre-training ensures that franchisees have a foundational understanding of Alloy's systems and standards before arriving for in-person training.
