What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly prohibited from using the "Alloy" name or any confusingly similar name in any URL without permission. Alloy maintains control over all internet activities pertaining to the system.

Alloy may establish websites with subpages for individual franchise locations. If Alloy provides a subpage for your facility, you must routinely provide updated content. However, franchisees cannot create their own websites or online presence that incorporates the Alloy name.

This restriction ensures brand consistency and allows Alloy to manage its online presence and reputation. A prospective franchisee should be aware that they cannot independently create a website or URL using the Alloy name to promote their business.
