What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Data Sheet is attached as Appendix A to the Area Development Agreement. The Data Sheet identifies the developer entering into the agreement with Alloy Personal Training, LLC. If the developer is a legal entity such as a corporation or LLC, certain provisions of the agreement also apply to its owners. This ensures that individuals with a controlling interest in the development company are also bound by the agreement's terms.
