What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to renew the franchise agreement for an additional 10-year term, a franchisee must comply with Alloy's then-current training requirements. This is one of several conditions that must be met to be eligible for renewal.
Other conditions include providing written notice of intent to renew at least 6 months but not more than 12 months before the current term expires, signing the then-current form of the franchise agreement, modernizing the facility to meet new Alloy standards, remaining in good standing with all obligations satisfied, renewing the facility lease, paying a renewal fee of $5,000, and executing a general release of claims.
Because the specific training requirements are subject to change and are not detailed in this section, a prospective franchisee should inquire with Alloy about what these requirements might entail at the time of renewal. This will help them understand the potential time and financial commitments involved in maintaining the franchise over the long term.
