What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Learning Management System (LMS) curriculum covers essential topics. These topics include operational basics, brand standards, and key technologies.
Completion of all modules within the LMS is mandatory for all Franchise Owners and designated attendees before they can attend the training week at Alloy Headquarters (HQ). Failure to complete the LMS curriculum may negatively impact a franchisee's ability to fully participate in the HQ training program.
This pre-training program ensures that franchisees and their staff have a foundational understanding of Alloy's operations, branding, and technology before engaging in the more intensive in-person training. By setting these prerequisites, Alloy aims to standardize knowledge and improve the effectiveness of its overall training program.
