Our System includes specific equipment, fixtures, furnishings, materials and supplies; methods, uniform standards, specifications and procedures for operations; procedures for management control; training and assistance; and merchandising, advertising and promotional programs, all of which may be changed, improved and further developed (the "System"). The System is identified by certain trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, emblems and indicia of origin, including the mark "Alloy®", as are now designated and may in the future be designated by us in writing for use with the System (the "Marks" or "Proprietary Marks").

According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Alloy System is subject to change. The Alloy System includes specific equipment, fixtures, furnishings, materials and supplies; methods, uniform standards, specifications and procedures for operations; procedures for management control; training and assistance; and merchandising, advertising and promotional programs. Alloy retains the right to change, improve, and further develop any aspect of the System.
This flexibility allows Alloy to adapt to changing market conditions, technological advancements, and evolving consumer preferences. For a franchisee, this means that the specific details of how they operate their Alloy franchise may be modified over time. While this could require franchisees to invest in new equipment, training, or marketing approaches, it also ensures that the Alloy franchise remains current and competitive.
Furthermore, Alloy can designate new trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, emblems, and indicia of origin for use with the System. These changes will be communicated to franchisees in writing. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that the Alloy system they initially invest in may not be identical to the system in place throughout the term of their franchise agreement, due to these potential modifications and updates.
