What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Alloy Personal Training has been offering franchises since September 2019. This indicates that Alloy is a relatively new franchise system, which may present both opportunities and risks for potential franchisees.
As a newer franchise, Alloy may be more open to franchisee input and offer more flexible terms compared to more established brands. There could be opportunities to shape the brand's development and growth. However, a newer franchise system may also have less established brand recognition and a shorter track record of success.
Prospective franchisees should carefully evaluate Alloy's growth strategy, the support and training provided, and the performance of existing franchise locations to assess the potential risks and rewards of investing in a newer franchise system. Speaking with current Alloy franchisees is highly recommended to gain insights into their experiences and the franchisor's responsiveness.
