Our live in-person training is held at Alloy Headquarters in Roswell, GA and is overseen by Matt Helland and our virtual training and tech set up are overseen by Chamberlynn Campuzano. We may use our affiliate's employees to assist in providing certain portions of our training program, all of whom will have at least 2 years of experience with our affiliate or in the industry. Mr. Helland has more than 6 years of experience relevant to the subject taught, and at least 15 years of experience with us or our affiliate.Chamberlynn Campuzano has 4 years' experience with Alloy Personal Training. The training is conducted using specified lectures, presentations, our manuals and other supplemental materials.
In addition to our training program, we will provide an Alloy representative to conduct virtual opening assistance and training. If you request on-site, in-person assistance you must pay our per diem fee for our representative and all travel and out-of-pocket expenses our representative incurs. If you are opening your second or later Franchised Business, we reserve the right to not provide opening assistance.
