What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, completion of certain training elements is mandatory for Franchise Owners and designated attendees. Prior to attending the live training week at Alloy Headquarters, all Franchise Owners and designated attendees must complete a pre-training program through Alloy's Learning Management System (LMS). This LMS curriculum covers essential topics like operational basics, brand standards, and key technologies. Completing all modules is mandatory before the training week begins, and failure to do so may impact the ability to fully participate in the HQ training.

Alloy also provides an in-person 4-day training program. If a trainee does not complete the training program to Alloy's satisfaction, they can retake it, or the franchisee can designate a new Operating Partner, General Manager/Head Trainer, or Trainer to retake the program. Alloy reserves the right to charge the current training fee for any trainee re-taking the program. If a trainee fails to complete the training program a second time, Alloy may terminate the Franchise Agreement without refunding any portion of the initial franchise fee.

Alloy may also designate that attendance at refresher training programs and franchisee meetings is mandatory for the Operating Partner and General Manager. These stipulations ensure that franchisees and their key personnel are adequately trained and remain compliant with Alloy's standards and operational procedures. The initial franchise fee covers the training for up to three people.
