What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, when a franchisee executes their final Franchise Agreement under the Development Schedule, they must have an Authorized Location for the Facility to be developed under that final Franchise Agreement.
This means that before signing the final agreement, the franchisee needs to have secured and had approved a physical location for their Alloy franchise. This location needs to meet Alloy's standards and be within the designated area as specified in the Data Sheet. The Authorized Location must be designated within 90 days from the date of the Franchise Agreement.
If a suitable location isn't secured within 180 days, Alloy might offer an extension or terminate the agreement. This emphasizes the importance of thorough location research and timely decision-making for franchisees to meet Alloy's development expectations.
