What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Alloy will provide franchisees with specifications and requirements for the layout of their facilities. Specifically, before a franchisee opens their franchised business, Alloy will consult with them regarding the build-out for the interior of their franchised business, including interior leasehold improvements and floor plan design. Alloy will provide its specifications and requirements based on typical configurations for the layout of a Facility. This includes lists and specifications of approved fixtures, equipment, and signs needed to outfit and furnish the Franchised Business in accordance with Alloy's uniform image and standards.
Furthermore, Alloy must accept the proposed site for the Franchised Business. The site must meet Alloy's criteria for population and/or median income in the surrounding area, size and cost of the facility that you select, and other similar factors, including Alloy's business judgment. Alloy retains the right to reject a proposed location in its sole discretion. However, Alloy's acceptance only means that the site meets its minimum requirements for a Franchised Business.
These specifications and requirements are intended to ensure that each Alloy location maintains a consistent brand image and operational standard. Franchisees must adhere to these guidelines when building out their facilities. This support helps franchisees avoid costly mistakes and ensures that the facility meets Alloy's standards for functionality and aesthetics. Prospective franchisees should carefully review these specifications and requirements to understand the investment needed to meet Alloy's standards.
