What will Alloy provide regarding the build-out for the interior of a Franchised Business?

According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Alloy will consult with franchisees regarding the build-out for the interior of their franchised business, including interior leasehold improvements and floor plan design. Alloy will provide franchisees with specifications and requirements based on typical configurations for the layout of a facility. This includes lists and specifications of approved fixtures, equipment, and signs needed to outfit and furnish the franchised business in accordance with Alloy's uniform image and standards.

Under the Area Development Agreement, Alloy will provide standard specifications and layouts for building and furnishing the Facility. Alloy will also review the franchisee's site plan and final build-out plans and specifications for conformity to Alloy's standards and specifications.

While Alloy offers guidance and specifications, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for conforming the premises to local ordinances and building codes, obtaining required permits, and constructing the premises. Alloy does not provide assistance with these aspects, nor do they assist with equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, or supplies, except by providing a list of approved suppliers and written brand design specifications. Alloy does not deliver or install these items.
