What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Alloy will conduct a meeting of its franchisees, but no more than once per year. Alloy may require the Operating Partner and General Manager to attend.
The meeting may be used to discuss new products or services, address franchisee concerns, and/or provide additional training. Alloy determines the meeting location, but it will not be unreasonably expensive.
Each attendee must pay Alloy's then-current per-person fee, along with their own travel, lodging, meals, and applicable wages. Alloy does not anticipate that any franchisee meeting will last more than three days in any year.
