According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the in-person 4-day training program is held at Alloy Headquarters in Roswell, GA. However, the document also states that the training may be held at their affiliate's Facility in Roswell, Georgia, or at another location that Alloy designates.
Prior to attending the in-person training, franchisees and designated attendees must complete a pre-training program through Alloy's Learning Management System (LMS). This LMS curriculum covers essential topics like operational basics, brand standards, and key technologies. Completion of all modules is mandatory before the start of the training week, and failure to do so may impact the trainee's ability to fully participate in the HQ training.
Alloy typically holds training the second week of each calendar month but may adjust the schedule based on individual trainee needs or experience. The training program utilizes instructional materials such as the Alloy Manual, handouts, the Alloy App, Alloy Ops, Mindbody, the LMS, and other materials deemed beneficial by Alloy.
