What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Alloy does not guarantee the success of the franchise location, even if they consent to the site. Alloy must consent to the site in writing, and the franchisee is responsible for leasing a site that meets Alloy's site selection guidelines.

Alloy retains the right to establish quality standards regarding the business operations of Alloy facilities. This is to protect the distinction, goodwill, and uniformity symbolized by the trademarks and the system. Franchisees must adhere to these quality standards.

While Alloy's written consent is required for the site, this consent does not constitute a guarantee of the Facility's success. The franchisee bears the responsibility for pre-opening obligations, and Alloy is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred if the franchisee fails to meet these obligations or open by a specific date.
