What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Alloy will conduct a meeting of its franchisees, but no more than once per year. Alloy may require the Operating Partner and General Manager to attend.
The meetings may be used to discuss new products or services, address franchisee concerns, and/or provide additional training. The location of the franchisee meeting will be determined by Alloy, but Alloy states it will not choose an unreasonably expensive location.
Each attendee must pay Alloy's then-current per-person fee, as well as cover their own expenses, including travel, lodging, meals, and applicable wages. Alloy anticipates that franchisee meetings will not exceed three days in any year.
