You must post a prominent sign in the Facility identifying you as an ALLOY franchisee in a format we deem reasonably acceptable, including an acknowledgment that you independently own and operate the Facility and that the ALLOY Trademark is owned by us and your use is under a license we have issued to you.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Alloy's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to post a sign in their facility that identifies them as an Alloy franchisee. This sign must be in a format that Alloy deems reasonably acceptable.
Specifically, the sign must include an acknowledgment that the franchisee independently owns and operates the facility. In addition to acknowledging independent ownership, the sign must also state that the Alloy Trademark is owned by Alloy and that the franchisee's use of the trademark is under a license issued by Alloy.
